She has a solid track record of delivering successful digital education and social care initiatives and now brings that expertise to multinational corporations. With a unique background in Behavioural Psychology and Non-verbal Communications, Yauheniya has an ability to effectively communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Under her direction, Uptitude is empowering organisations to leverage the power of actionable data insights. Yauheniya currently manages operations in both the UK and India, leading a team of talented professionals as they drive digital transformation for clients around the world.
Ben Johnson
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Ben works across multiple departments, including Global Supply Chain, Strategic Project Management Offices, Marketing Operations, Global Ethics & Compliance, Finance, Audit & R&D Pipeline Management. Ben can connect people and processes to reduce silo working, decreasing the costs of duplicating efforts and not aligning with the “North Star.” He enables advanced cross-company analytics with low-code solutions. This results in much higher engagement of users, faster development of applications, and higher levels of change acceptance. He has helped numerous teams on their journey of increasing their digital maturity, from Excel to SQL. He knows how to take people from any walk of life and engage them for a better future.

Ravinder takes on the dual responsibility of managing our India Office and serving as a Data SME in various projects. With a postgraduate degree in Data Science and Analytics and many years of experience in various analytical roles such as Software Developer, Business Analyst/Consultant, and Data Analyst, Ravinder is a multi-faceted talent. His project portfolio is equally impressive, featuring the development of Power BI and Power App solutions, Data Analysis and Machine Learning projects and managing Service Support teams.

Gilbert is a Business Intelligence and Digital Transformation Expert with over 25 years of experience, possessing top-level competencies and deep involvement in any complex project he leads. He has a striking combination of profound data knowledge, a systematic approach, common sense, and personal responsibility for what he does. Having led and accomplished numerous projects driving Digital Transformation and developing sophisticated Data Intelligence Systems, Gilbert knows how to identify a need and create a solution, deliver the correct data to the right people, and deliver projects successfully. Sandra has extensive experience in business management, having served as a General Manager for 8 years where she oversaw a business generating £2,000,000 in yearly revenue and managed a team of up to 50 individuals. Her expertise also includes qualifications in HR and GDPR, which provided her with valuable skills in managing personnel and handling sensitive data. At present, Sandra is utilizing her leadership skills as an Admin Team Lead, and she also works as a Project Manager for a client in Digital Media properties.
